Hi, I’m Aushriel — owner of Mieltepin
Born and raised in Southern Arizona, Mieltepin is my love letter to the Sonoran Desert — and to the bold beautiful flavors I grew up with. It's a place where the desert is wild, flavorful, and full of soul.
As a little girl, I fell in love with two things: honey and chiltepin. I still remember sitting with my sisters, pulling apart honeycombs with sticky fingers while we shared stories. And I'll never forget the tiny, fiery chiltepin peppers that always seemed to find their way onto our table. That memory has stayed with me and it ignited this dream.
Years later, I started making something I couldn’t find anywhere else — a blend of raw Sonoran honey and wild chiltepin peppers. Sweet, spicy, and deeply rooted in my story, Mieltepin is more than a condiment- it's a piece of my home and my heart. Every jar is made by hand, with real ingredients and no shortcuts. I hope you can taste the love and legacy in every drop.
